Commissioned by BSkyB's agency Kilvington Leith Marketing, ideas
taking shape has developed an on-going series of interactive training
workshops as part of an on-going campaign of support activity for
Sky's premium (Sky Sports and Sky Movies) and basic (Sky One and
Sky News) channels.
The workshops are used by Sky's Field Marketing Team to train Cable
Operator Call Centre staff on the features and benefits of each
in a fun and informative way.
solution
A CD-ROM based series of applications using a combination of graphics,
interactive games, sound, animation and video, all blended with
some humour.
The CD-ROM's are used in a workshop environment, controlled by a
trainer who guides two teams of employees through the learning process.
They have been designed to be fun to use so as to make the learning
process fun and enjoyable and can track the team's progress, and
keep scores for team activities.
Developed over an 18 month period we have now delivered 5 different
training applications.
